I only neg folks who neg me...if something I said pushed them to neg me I know it has to piss them off just a little bit that I do it to them for no real reason I give out more reps than anything especially if someone says some shyt that cracks me up and lightens my mood

Negging back usually means that. especially if you have your page on private and neg them in a thread you haven't posted in. Then they have to go on a scavenger hunt to find a post of yours to neg you back on. If they go thru that much effort, it means they was hurt.
