Ok what octane you use is not based on that make your car is, its based on what engine your vehicle has. If your car has a high compression, supercharged or turbocharged engine you need to be using 91 and up. If you drive a performance car or a car with a lot of power chances are that car requires 91 and up. The best way to know is to look in the manual or google. I hate buying used cars from women because they put 87 in everything.
