Does Pro not do HDR in 4k?

Epson 6040UB. Fully compliant. I've found a workaround. I had to change my HDCP settings to 1.4 only mode. I'm getting 4k image output now, but people are saying I'll be unable to watch 4k Netflix on the PS4. Thankfully u have other superior 4k streamers to do that.

My Pro does 4K just fine and runs UC4 in 4K. Ratchet is a 1080p game though. The HDR looks great but it's a 1080p image. Maybe I will unckeck the automatic resolution option

Ratchet and Clank is not 1080p. It's 1440p I believe with checkerboarding.

Fixed the issue. I needed to set the HDMI ports to "enhanced" now I'm playing in glorious 4k HDR

Unless you're referring to some 8 bit remasters, no real modern games are rendering native 4K on the PSPro. Only the scorpio will be rendering modern console games in native 4K.

NBA 2k17 and The Elderscrolls Online say hello. Those both are AAA and run in native 4k. I have both and can confirm. Skyrim and TLOU as well. Smite is 4K60 with HDR. Truth is Sony checkerboard 4k exclusives will mop the floor with Scorpio multi plats and exclusives, but thats another thread entirely.

Shadows of Mordor runs native 4K. PS4 Pro is a $400 machine. It isn't a 4K console. It's a higher performance console.
