Does race matter more for men than women?

In dating, employment, social hierarchy, etc.....I feel like the dynamic varies.

For dating it may not matter as much for women, whereas in employment it may make more of a difference.

Men in general seem to be quicker to judge by race than women also. That's just my POV, though.

I would say most things matter more to men - in general.

Most women are very flexible in their belief systems.

I don't mean it literally. But if you look at the animal kingdom, the males who get to mate and spread their offspring are the most attractive in some way.
