- How can Hip Hop be a genre of music when Hip Hoppas are thriving at various crafts without the music industry support, permission or even the actual music itself.

It's simple...I know it goes against the social engineering but really...the only way I can be wrong is if you tell me that anybody participating in Hip Hop culture outside of the music industry...isn't Hip Hop.

And that would be a bad look IMO, chew on that...or not.

You're proving my point exactly. The fuccin music is hip hop.... The words u speak everyday is rap (just slang for talking).
It's to the point where now u mfs think there's a difference. hip hop is/was the actual music. Not the bboys and graffiti or none of the other shyt. Rapper just sounds better than hiphopper

Then how do you explain Hip Hoppas thriving, creating and making a living for themselves (rapping, breaking, graf wrtiting) without MUSIC (or the corperate structure of the music industry)

Hip Hop is not a genre of music. You want to be right, you want to keep arguing about it but you're WRONG.

I'm not pointing that out to you to be an a$$hole though, so I don't hope you take it that way, THINK. Unless you're going to argue that those people aren't "Hip Hop" because they aren't making music or selling any records, you're dead ass wrong to call Hip Hop a genre of music. PERIOD.
