Naw the website explicitly said M-F transmission is low...you can still get it as it is not an absolute but it's low enough I'm rolling the dice. This is the part where people get confused; of course, women catch the disease from DL (gay) men, but in a hypothetical scenario, if and when a man has sex with a woman who unknowingly caught the disease from a previous sexual encounter, he puts himself at great risk of contracting the disease.
That's what people and CDC is alluding to mean when they say you can catch HIV from vaginal sex; the disease doesn't suddenly become dormant once it enters a woman's body; it passes on to her next partner.
Her viral load has to high as fukk and the man must have an open wound. The urethra opening of the penis makes transmission hard for the man. That's why most of the time, the women catches HIV from men and not vaginally to the man. Unless the CDC has updated their website, this is known.
