You guys are seriously overlooking the fact that there is little correlation between being a great player and being a great coach


Most of the "great" coaches were mediocre players or worse


Phil Jackson, Pat Riley, Rick Carlisle ... bum ass role players


I don't think guys like Popovich or Thibodeau even played in the NBA
