Does Skip Bayless really have Sources?

this is all I said. He doesn’t have sources any more because he doesn’t need to.

Journalists have sources and check in to learn new things. Skip goes on TV and shares his crazy opinions.

But Cowherd be hanging out with Sean Peyton and getting some info. Current and Former player consistently come on his show....and he's chopped it up with them in "green room".

Cowherd just an opinion guy too at this point. Was called racist in his ESPN days....but black players and black on air talent has gravitated towards him last several years.

SAS is actually reporting and breaking stores once he leaves first take. He is also out making connections with people. Skip does none of that.

SAS ain’t what he was 10 years ago and is fringe at best, but he still a journalist. Skip has been done for 15 years.

SAS is not out there in the trenches as he used to be as he's made it clear on more than one occasion that he has higher aspirations outside of the sports world. Everything that SAS is out here doing these is for entertainment purposes, which you could make the same argument as Skip does.

SAS isn't even close to the NFL like that, so where would he have possibly gotten the Brady suspension and every single detail if someone at the league office didn't leak it out to him for their own agenda?

I agree with you on the NBA front, but the NFL is a completely different story. A non-football insider got access that information before everyone else who covered the sport. Of course, someone in the NFL gave him access to that information for their own agenda.

Interesting. So skip is a glorified YouTuber like tickettv, dreamspro and those other talking heads at this point?.... but obvious difference in being of national celebrity.

skip has more experience, but his solo YouTube channel is not as good as him on tv with a debate partner. Skip is better at monologues when someone is sitting across the desk...him on camera alone like that day Shannon bailed had low energy and was less entertaining. Skip can't keep it interesting solo-dolo like Cowherd for some odd reason....it's weird.

In fact, it wouldn't even surprise me in the slightest if Jerry Jones was his NFL leak with how always tip toes when it comes to giving him any criticism and not burn bridges.

You don't have to necessarily do any of those things these days to get access to information breh. If someone wants you to leak information for them to serve a purpose, then they are going to provide you that information regardless of whether you show up to the sporting event or not.

The regular dude who first broke the Watson suspension number literally got the information from the league website, which is the same website that other NFL analyst mainly get their information from. If you lurk on Reddit, then a lot of these "breaking news" stories get broken well in advance by regular people.
