Does the ability to articulate words and communicate impact income?

I just had a client who was African we were going over income and she says to me "I don't know how you say" followed by "it's one, four, seven, two, three, six"

meaning her income was $147,236

you'd think someone who can pull that in could actually verbalize it

I'm also painting a few of my rentals so recently I just been pulling up on people I see painting a house and grabbing their info

Look at this one guys card (covering his number cause this a real business)

He also could barely speak English when I called him down off the roof

me personally I'm BLK American with perfect diction but IMO when ya stomach touching ya back you learn to adapt
