Let's say it's a Saturday, and you day drink, or drink at night. That liquor nap is the best sleep ever!

BUT you wake up feeling like death.
Is the sleep making the recovery worse? Is it the process of going a couple of hours without drinking water that makes you sick? I don't get drunk as much as I used to when I was younger, but every now and then, I have a night where I'm hoping to throw up soon, just so I can go to sleep without the fear of what's going to happen when I wake up.
