Let's say it's a Saturday, and you day drink, or drink at night. That liquor nap is the best sleep ever!
:ahh:

BUT you wake up feeling like death. :damn:

Is the sleep making the recovery worse? Is it the process of going a couple of hours without drinking water that makes you sick? I don't get drunk as much as I used to when I was younger, but every now and then, I have a night where I'm hoping to throw up soon, just so I can go to sleep without the fear of what's going to happen when I wake up.

you probably dehydrated and shyt.

OG's sip water in between, don't drink on an empty stomach and avoid sugary drinks. you wake up just fine.

Going to sleep intoxicated is never a good idea, for so many reasons, Breh.

You ain't got to be full on OCD with bringing yourself back to sobriety like me but if you know you on the come down, the party is over or you trying to go to sleep. Drink some water. Chug a bottle cause alcohol is a duretic which makes you urinate.

Now while you may think "Breh anything out drink makes you urinate", Which is true, duretics such as alcohol affects the brain and makes it produce more urine from the kidneys .

So if the kidneys pissing out urine, the body naturally starts looking for fresh fluid to reabsorb but guess what, you drunk with no water in your system...and you just slowly fukking shyt up.

Blah blah blah, if you can help it, drink some water after, it may not completely rid you of the hangover headache but it lubricates alot of shyt inside you that drinking session done depleted.

People also tend to forget that alcohol is a depressant. Thats why u can have hangovers and feel like shyt after drinking. Just because alcohol is legal doesn't mean its safe and u should go so hard on it. Its best not to over drink and drink water in between. Also, drinking and driving is a risk too (not saying u do that OP).

Just drink atleast 32 oz of water (thats 2 poland spring bottles) and pop a multivitamin before you crash. Always eat something at the end of the night. Avoid too many sugary azz mixed drinks. Youll be iite trust me.

Man the secret is drinking water in between like an earlier posted mentioned in here. Getting a greasy ass meal in always helped me too but stay hydrated brehs.

Eating a heavy meal before you drink helps limit the amount of alcohol that pours into your blood stream be sure the body is more focused on the food and makes absorbing alcohol a secondary function as opposed to a primary one when you introduce that shyt to your stomach who starts getting as much nutrients and whatever else it needs from the only source it can get, which is the Alcohol.

Now even if you drink on an empty stomach and continue drinking, if you're dilligent enough to eat a solid meal within a two hour or less time span, you can stem the amount of alcohol going into your shyts and slow down the process, but that should only be used as a last resort.
