shyt is real. The economy is morphing into another animal altogether and the concept of having a job is damn near extinct to many Gen Y people. After being broke/ unemployed for so long in this great recession, people go nuts and start their own thing.

True. I had to work my own thing for a while before I got hired where I'm at right now.
