Does the reception of batman v superman make you appreciate man of steel more

I always liked man of steel unlike most. But after seeing batman v superman i definitely appreciate it a whole lot more. I think its an underrated gem

It was a good film tho and instead of fleshin superman out more in a sequel they made b v s to play catch up. At least do man of steel 2, the batman and Wonder Woman beforehand.

I dislike both movies but at least BvS attempted to give Superman some personality. Until the film stopped make Batman fight Superman. I understood why Superman was a whiney, mopey bytch in BvS. Not in Man of Steel.

Loved Man of Steel, it gets better with each viewing. I watched it the first time and thought it was horrible. I wasn't ready for the speed they had the Kryptonions moving at, on the second viewing it was straight crack. The fractured story telling, the score, Amy Adams, and Zod giving no fukks was pifftastic.

Superman has no depth and over the years of bullshyt here I come to save the day conclusion. Plus massive reboots, it is obvious supes is just a dated gateway comic book character.
