last year my cuz got on a construction site where it was alllllll mexicans and south Americans and him. Half of em were in gangs fresh imports.
He worked one day. Friday
On monday they see 2 huge generators are missing. Literally would take 5 heads just to move them and blame my cousin because of the obvious reason. They used him as cover to rob day 1.
On sunday my cuz boss called him saying he was gon be late going in on monday because he gotta go somewhere sunday. A mutual friend let loose boss mex asked to borrow his truck to goto virginia “there and back” in one day….
he picks my cuz up mad late because he just got back and accuses him of it. My cuz tells him he knows he borrowed homies truck to move them and boss mex makes him get out car on way to work in traffic cuz he was caught and cops were already called waiting for them. Brazen.
ONE day. They do that type of thing a lot aka gangup and beef with americans like they own the space. I got into it with them 10 years ago for same reason.
All these foreigners are ran by other foreigners with money, an endless supply of backs and no experience and shytty work for cheap. once they get the spot, all americans are out and only they work. A reg person cant compete. Itd take an entire group to offset.

Na work that people wanna be paid a livable wage for and not have to live 20 deep in one house. They move here to replace us at work en masse for decades. Indians and mexicans the most but all of em run diff trades. Little by little every job disappears to them.
I can see it irl now as all the small businesses in my town are indian/mexican owned now and somehow they can import indians to work at 711 instead of hire reg americans here already.

Businesses like his should be severely punished (even jailed) for knowingly hiring illegal immigrants or undocumented workers 
It would be if employers are willing to hire, pay and train black male laborers exclusively... instead they rather pay non blacks under the table for profit.

I've put up the reports and studies on this issue. So my position on this is quite clear about how illegal labor artificially lowers the market wages for jobs many would do, if they paid a fair wage for the work.

You do know construction was the area Black men dominated until Hispanics came in and undercut us, and once they obtained supervisor positions, they got rid of us to hire their family members.
