A lot of young brehs don't see it as an option and as you know they don't teach shyt in the high schools. Meanwhile I've personally seen folks from other races get into vocational school young, have their own vehicle by 18, relatives in the trade already put them on and they can just fly through.

This is 100% not true whatsoever. Being from California and growing up around a ton of Latinos/hispanics, they’re some of the laziest people I’ve ever seen :mjlol:
I was just talking to someone literally this morning about where that stereotype of them being hard working comes from, because it’s certainly false. As a matter of fact, the subject was the construction of new buildings/homes and how shoddy the quality is.
Those Latino dudes show up to work drunk as hell too :mjlol:

Already heavy with the Coronas.

Yet you have people still saying they’re hard workers and built this country.

Maybe if the Latinos had pride in their own country to fix it up, the Latin countries would not be in shambles.

The reason why you cape so hard for Latinos is because your wife is Latina and you do not want to miss out on that good ol' Latina cooch.

I was gonna make a rebuttal, but you got me on that last paragraph lol

I know bro, I did lol.

That Latina Puerto Rican cooch gets mad wet, so I know you have to lay down a couple layers of paper towels on the bed to save your mattress.

Nepotism is more common in construction than anywhere else. Cut funding to Public schools trade courses disappeared. Offer trade courses at Community, cut the funding. Y’all been knew the pattern tho.

This was posted in that thread about people fleeing from ICE where TLR was somewhat happy to see it. Interesting yet depressing read.

TL;DR: Black people get betrayed and shyt on if they join labor unions, and racially abused even if they don't. Construction is mostly a white boy network across the U.S. The Latino workers on these sites are most likely NOT in a union so they get paid significantly less. Only people who continue to win are white people.

Looks like every time we distract from the main issue (RACIST WHITE PEOPLE IN POWER) and try to get little "wins" elsewhere it's not really doing all that much.
I remember reading somewhere that part of the reason unions were created was to keep skilled Freedmen out of the trades.
