Goddam Tim Duncan is being grossly overrated now

Dude had 6 dud years straight from 2008 to 2013... Kobe never went on a 5 year drout in his prime....

But what ev keep overatting Timmy.

I don't see what he's done that's more impressive than what Kobe did

He gets 5 rings he does. That's one less than MJ & Kareem and tied with Magic. He's in the discussion
Tim Duncan wasnt dominant like MJ or KAJ, that cannot be argued and Kareem has similar longevity with even more success as a big man

He gets put into the tier of Magic, Bird, Wilt, Kobe, Oscar, Hakeem, Russell, Shaq, etc

This isnt an insult, he is pretty much top 10 certified if he can put together a good series and win the title

Duncan was extremely dominant what NBA were you watching in the early to mid 00's? He was 21 and 10 from Day 1 in his career, Tim was virtually unstoppable

He along with Shaq were the 2 best and dominant players in the post MJ years. He got back to back MVP's and multiple 1st team selections to back that up.

17 playoff appearances, 16 50 plus win seasons, never missed the playoffs, won a title in his 2nd season only Magic won a title faster. Kareem played 20 seasons Timmy is on his 17th, he's right there with Kareem in longevity plus success.

He's above a few of those names you mentioned

No, not top 5. But regardless what everyone else says, I will still put him above Shaq in my all-time list. I will always take someone who does everything great over someone who does 1 thing really really well

He is WHY they're the best organization. Important to remember.

1b. the most important dude is Pop/Buford. they the nikkas who found Tony Parker at the end of the 1st round. Manu in the 2nd. Kawhi for George Hill, etc. lets not act like Duncan hasn't had the best supporting cast around him for last decade and a half.

Claim to be the most knowledgeable person on the coli then freeze up when BrothaZay pulls your card brehs

don't pay attention to him. dude is a clown who knows nothing about basketball. nikka didn't even know what the triangle offense was and thought phil would run Bron at the post before Shaq.

kobe's top 5 and AT WORST 6. he's clearly better than Duncan. his resume deeper.

Out here in my damn drawls
It's funny how you nikkas always leave him off your lists until the playoffs or of the Spurs are on TV :mjlol:

Always one dude in the thread talmbout, "So we just gonna forget about TD? :stopitslime:" and then everybody starts suckin' up. Y'all forget about Tim Duncan and the Spurs while they're still active, so he'll probably be forgotten when he's gone, and that's a shame..........still not top 5, tho :comeon:
