Does TLR thrive off negativity or is it just the media in general?

I finish my morning routine, listen to my daily podcast then hop on the coli before I go on IG, Twitter and other socials. I like reading national news here first

But I’ve definitely noticed that 8/10 threads on TLR cover a negative topic, im easily apart of the problem because I’ll repost viral videos from twitter etc.

Question I have tho, is negative content something that drives this section of the forum or is that just the nature of the media?

That’s fair but I definitely think it’s a balance, sum shyt don’t really need to be consumed cuz it’s not a reality of your life

Nah, just that dudes are boring people. Promoting negativity is just for attention that they otherwise wouldn't get.

Both.

A lot of algorithms pushed negative content because it drives the most engagement. Engagement = Traffic. Traffic = revenue. The media is guilty in doing this.
