I mean...the first 7 years of Undertaker were the most boring matches possible. He's not known at all outside of wrestling. He's missed 3-4 months every year he was active due to injuries. Is a dude that nonfans point to as why wrestling is stupid.


Bruh I agree that Taker is overrated because outside of his run of Mania matches that didn't start until he wrestled Batista (when the record was at 15-0) he didn't have many memorable matches, he is the greatest character ever in wrestling though and he is very much recognized outside of wrestling.

When he lost that shyt was reported everywhere. It was getting talked about in circles that only reported on wrestling when there was a death...

That shyt was on CNN, ESPN, etc. you would have thought this was a major soorting event that involved the NBA, MLB or NFL. You can google the shyt and see that there were websites that have NOTHING TO DO with sports let alone professional wrestling talking about it...and this was MONTHS later.
