1 hour lunch, 30 minutes of planning, and 2 fifteen minute breaks officially. We are encouraged to break away from work but don’t abuse it.

30 mins, but since I have my own office I tend to take an hour. Sometimes 45 mins if I'm busy. Counting the time it takes for me to walk to the main HR office to check mail and walk to the cafeteria and back to the office which is like 10 or 15 mins.

Lunch is flexible :dame: at my agency. Sometimes I take a 30 min lunch break :ld:other times I take a 2 hour lunch break :ehh:

I’m WFH 60% of the time and those lunch breaks turn into 3 hr afternoon naps :banderas:

1 hr lunch and as many breaks as you need as long as you get your work done.
