They're both certified classics..
but yea, atliens would be lucky to crack my top 20 for '96.
There was probably 15 albums in 96 that are better than any rap album that came out in the last 15 years.
It was the pinnacle of rap music, the year of Hell on Earth and final year of BIG & Tupac.
