Very tough call so you have to nitpick

And doggy style is basically just chronic part 2. Without the chronic ain't no doggy style

But the chronic is also a little more well rounded.

Little ghetto boys, the day the nikkas took over. Love that Dre threw some real shyt in there. Hip hop needed that a bit more than wearing cool water cologne.

I bought Doggstyle the day it came out, and I've never understood how it's considered to be on the level that The Chronic is.

Doggystyle. Why I liked The Chronic so much was because it featured Snoop Doggy Dogg over Dre production and that is exactly what Doggystyle was but a whole album instead of a few tracks. The Chronic/Doggystyle are my favorite albums of all time.

But "Nuthin' But A G Thang" is the GOAT Hip Hop song.

I personally prefer Doggystyle. Snoop as an MC in his prime, the production was just as good as the Chronic's too

Plus Kurupt's verses on For My nikkaz and ....is legendary

I feel like Doggystyle was a slight improvement on the Chronic sound. Slight. It can really go either way
