Use treats outside, make it a fun place to be. Feed her outside if she's food driven

It’s just short routines with your dog and a little patience. Mines use to be afraid of driving in the car and shaking in fear but I followed some tips about having her sit in the car with me in the morning while it’s warming up before I head out - it took a bit of time - but after awhile they realize you got her and they get over it. Now I got a little assassin that house. Do not enter unless you suppose to be here or invited.
Get this book, it should be the Bible for dog training. Forget all that Cesar Milan BS

She don’t feel secure around you, you prob yell at her or hit her when she do something you don’t like.
Try getting her used to the sounds and make it fun
When I first got my husky at 2 months was terrified to walk because of cars/trucks driving by, Would do the same thing. So I would walk her next to this straight piped pick up I had and had my boy rev the engine everyone and then. When he would get scared I would give him treats and play with him to get him distracted. By the 5th day of a regular routine he was pulling the leash away so he can walk himself

Nall I even take treats when we go on walks because I am leash training her doing walks and when she gets petrified she don't want any. She shuts down. She scared of any little sound for example, I have her sit and wait for me to prepare her food and if I drop a spoon hit a span hit the microwave or sit a glass down she scared as fukk.
I am like damn people coming over would think my family beating her

Labs usually are the best dogs and easiest to train.

Got a dog a month ago who did the same thing, today he listens to everything even wakes me up if he has to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. First time in my life I truly realized that animals are just like people.
He was taken out of an environment that was all that he knew and was sad as fukk. Wouldn't play with anyone but we just kept at him and now it's like he's been there forever. It takes time but if you work at it everything will be ok

What kind of dog? My lab is a super hyper young dog so I can't have her out unsupervised
It wasn't a mill it was Amish folks but the mom dad was there along with the brothers/sisters. He was only selling her and the brother

Every time a she gets scared by a loud noise, scream repeatedly at the top of your lungs until she stops. Bang pots and pans if you can or honk your car horn.
Eventually she'll learn that to fear you going bezerk more than random cars, etc.
