Yea, because eating their own crap because they are sick makes more sense than eating the crap of other animals because of hunger. At least when dogs are sick, they eat herbs and grasses to help with the problem. Got Tom the Cat out here making a plate of his own poo as some form of medicinal solution to his illness.
Dogs have their quirks, but at least their quirk is not thinking poop is a cure for their illnesses like cats. Besides, dogs are actually useful. Show me one service cat, one search and rescue cat, one cat that does anything but eat, sleep, and torture rodents. The little untrainable psychopaths.
