BPD is one of the worst psych diagnoses to get. There is like no medicine for it. They can take mood stabilizers, but it still isn't a good fix. You can't date a BPD person. You can't reason with them. They are like pariahs. It's a bad diagnosis for sure. If you get it, you're basically a psychopath. Maybe talk therapy could help, but I dunno.

These are people that regularly, as means of their condition, ruin all peace for those around them

You wouldn’t have the same sympathy for a narcissist, which is also a psychologically reinforced condition

These people need discipline, accountability and background that didn’t teach them allergies to being accountable
