mannnnn thank GOD. This dude did absolutely nothing to improve our football team. Hopefully we get a real personnel guy in there that knows what he's doing so we can right the ship. Watching what Grigson did for Indy had me jealous as hell the past few years knowing we got an incompetent idiot making decisions for our franchise
not only was he an incompetent imbecile he was a total fukkin a$$hole too

I'm so happy this fakkit is outta here

Good for the Dolphins. You build through the draft, not free agency. This guy was just spending money all willy nilly and overpaying ANYBODY who wanted to come to Miami it seems. Surprised Ellerbe didn't turn out to be a stud. Thought that dude was a beast in Baltimore last year.

I think on Lebetard he said that the Fins draft picks collectively played the least snaps compared to other teams rookies. There was clearly a disconnect between the GM and coach when your Gm is picking players that aren't getting any playing time. You could kind of see they weren't on the same page on Hard Knocks. Hopefully whoever they bring in can get on the same page with Philbin. We have a decent core with all the free agents, it's just that the draft picks barely contributed at all this year.

Damn. So was he just ass cheeks at drafting? No offense, but I don't know of a single player you guys have drafted recently outside of Tannehill. Is it from them not getting the chance? Or just bad drafting? Just curious. Always kinda liked the Dolphins. Ya'll nikkas need to get back on top of that division.

I don't know what happens behind close doors so I don't know who had final say when it comes to drafting. All I can say is that we could have forfeited all our picks and practically had the same result as this year. Deon Jordan was a good pick. I liked it at least. He showed flashes but for whatever reason, we had him playing special teams just as much as defense. You don't use the third pick of the draft to pick a player to play special teams. It has shades of Ted Ginn all over it. Plus, it wasn't like our defense was loaded, so I don't know why he didn't get more snaps.
