i worked around football players in the nfl for a year olineman were by far the smartest most accesible and nicest guys on the team everyone else were quite frankly awful human beings
Not from my experiences
maybe at that level they mature a little bit and their ego shrink, but from my high school and college days i knew numerous line men who if you asked would probably tell you they were the best player on the team, or not block /take a dive if you pissed them off to teach you a lesson

while shutting down a d-lineman or linebacker from getting to the qb or even helping the runningback get that important first down makes it all the more satisfying, almost like a corner who knows that the receiver they covering is gonna get nothing thrown at them all game.
, plus there's MAD shyttalking down in the line. Why else do you think the firs two draft picks this year were o-lineman?
