I felt like that album wasn't worth my money. And he's been in a steady decline since get home safely. So he needs to bring it this next mixtape.

He's only had one project after get home, what is a steady decline if there is only one weak project in your catalog? You kinda need multiple weak outings to point to a steady decline

Gotta remember that Best After Bobby dropped in '09, when dropping mixtape filled with freestyles over old beats was still the norm. That shyt isn't acceptable anymore. Especially in a year that give us tapes like 56 Nights and IYRTITL.

The fact that Dom is dropping a project just three months after his last one shows that,
1. He realizes that last album was a disappointment and,
2. He knows that if he doesn't come with some heat, his buzz will be completely dead.

So I'm expecting all original songs on this one.

It was the norm but we had been put up on Dom based on 2 mix tapes before BAB with pretty much all original beats(I think 25th Hour had one track over a used beat). By that point if you were a Dom fan you were a fan based on the music as a whole since Dom wasn't really no wordsmith, hearing him take on classic beats didn't really do much for me.

No since 2 releases. Get home safely wasn't on the same level as from the west with love 2 or yellow album.

If you don't feel that way cool. But for me I can't be spending my money on half assed albums. And from what I've heard this far he doesn't sound inspired and half the songs on by Dom Kennedy literally sounds like he's just talking not even rhyming.

To me if this doesn't hit I'm done paying him any attention
