The real question is. How is this nikka able to be indie, sell records at a major retailer, and not have to clear these samples

The one thing i do know, is that Dom's OPM company, actually has it's paperwork and shyt legit. a lot of dudes are running round, shouting out crews and shyt, that they don't legally own the name of... or who's status as a LLC/INC is supsended.

i doubt he's dumb as Tyga, trying to put a MLK sample on there... and ended up getting his shyt taken off shelves for an unauthorized sample

He's not a highly skilled MC but he's not wack or corny either. His rappin style although very basic is perfect for the music that he makes. I'm a dude that is obsessed with lyricism and I STILL fukk with dom heavy because the music is good and he says shyt from a real nikka perspective I can fukk wit.
