Dominican salon advice

I would suggest Black women don't go to Dominican salons. I've read about how they assume we don't know Spanish and talk mess about us. Besides, the Dominican Republic as a country is one that hates African peoples (look at the treatment of the Haitians). I understand saving some money however I would rather come off some coins than my pride
