These clowns on here think that because you're haitian, theres only one way you can look. My mom's side is haitian but they have cuban, guyanese, and dominican in the bloodline (this happened on all islands). People forget that people from outside of Haiti came to live there and work there. There were plenty more lightskinned Haitians before, but as you said, they were decimated. Now they intermarry or they fled to other countries.. and this happened more than once. Another thing is my grandfather and grandmother are dark but my mom is light... would that somehow mean my mom isn't now black.... the same would apply to dominicans, these nikkaz are killing me.

Dominicans are mixed with mostly black ancestry and then some cac, but not always.

Haitians are blacks (for the most part).

Puerto Ricans are white/native mixes with black ancestry, sometimes.
