The Defari album was really dope. Almost no one heard of it. I couldn't even find a review of it online. It's called Rare Poise.

Yeah not a big Madchild fan myself either. If you like Ev's raps he laid a few bars

It wasn't even under Defari on Spotify, had to search the album name and it was under DEFARI in all caps so alot of his fans have probably missed it completely.

His first album in years too, pity it didn't gain any momentum.

Between Domo and Earl, as well as Tyler's weird self the OF camp real did make some great Emcees with a lot of potential and what's funny is listening to Domo Genesis's music you wouldn't ever think he was with them lol. He really improved a lot too which is dope to see.

This shyt is flames!

Are they the major 3 OF members? Tyler, Earl, and Domo?

Is OF even still a camp, or have they sort of gone their separate ways? Earl is the only one I keep up with. He seems to be on his own shyt, bith as a rapper and as a producer. That I Don't Like shyt I Don't Go Outside project was very solid IMO.

Domo sounds pretty dope to me (much better than in 2011/2012 when I first heard him) but he does seem to be lacking a sort of "artistry" that Tyler and Earl both have. And I don't like Tyler as a raper nearly as much as Domo or especially Earl. But I guess it just seems to me that Tyler and Earl both seem to have more to say or talk about, and they seem a little bit more interesting.

But Domo is dope. I'm not trying to hate.

The Odd Future 2 tape was basically the swan song for OF.

Low key Domo has really grown in his own right as an MC. He's clearly the more utilitarian artist as opposed to Earl and Tyler.

Nah OF went there own way for the most part. The label is still there though and Domo, Left Brain as well as Hodgy and a rockband known as Trash talk are all signed there from what I see.

Earl when he came back from Samoa was put in a weird position because his mother didn't like what she was seeing from the OF camp and so she kinda kept him separated from them, and even after that he grew apart from them after awhile too because he matured. His manager who helped him while he was in Samoa and first met him out there is Leila Steinberg, she managed Pac and works with at risk youth and so she kept Earl on a good path and eventually they got him his own situation with Columbia and his own label too I believe.

Earl is who I fukked with the most out of them too and though I haven't played his I don't go outside album like that whenever I do put it on I enjoy it. Dude is a whole other beast when it comes to his rhymes and he been that way even when he first came out with Earl. Now that he is making beats and can create a lot more he is only gonna grow as an artist.

Hodgy>>>Domo.
I disagree though Hodgy do be spitting sometimes but nah. I like their mellowhgh project though when they all came together, both mellow hype and Domo.

Left Brain is a beast on the beats!

:blessed:

Can't wait to start listening.

A lot of Earl love in here
:gladbron:

Basically he was heavy on drugs last year and his pops just passed, so he is in a middling spot again.

Just want duke to find and maintain his happiness. The album can wait.

I think that is his best work. I like dude alot but he is so damn inconsistent it's crazy. He bodies shyt randomly (hallelujah, rella etc etc etc) puts out a fire project (under the influence, no idols) then drops garbage like his last album. Breh got hella upside but feels like he coasts from time to time

whoaaa, his last album wasn't garbage :picard:

I thoroughly enjoyed it
