Not quite as powerful as Covert Coup off the 1st listen, but maybe unfair to compare the two. Only 2 beats I didn't really like that much. I enjoyed this.

let's be honest, covert coup is head and shoulders above this.. Domo just isn't as good as Spitta, and on the features Scottie Pippens + The Type completely crush Angels Come

As a person that listened to this moreso for the beats than Domo, what this ultimately did more than anything is give me confidence that ALC can still do "regular" bangers as well as he ever could, and that he didn't try to Gangrene or Russian Roulette this album.

I have a lot of confidence that Bronson's Rare Chandeliers this month will be even doper (more my lane of lyrics and features), and StepBrothers with Evidence will deliver.

I can only imagine what the MC Eight & Spice-1 album is sounding like :lawd:

Not true at all.

Currensy is amateur as fukk. Domo is polished.

Covert Coup was head and shoulders above almost anything that came out in 2011. That shyt was perfect.

I agree about Pippen and The Type but let's not act like Angels Come isn't fire in its own right.

Domo stayed on beat and didn't sound terrible, so I'm happy with it. Domo can spit to me. This was a good introduction.

Like I said, more than anything, this gives me confidence for Bronson's Rare Chandeliers later this August and StepBrothers, etc.

Since it's less than a month away, Bronson's music is just more my lane, as well as the features from Styles P, Sean P, Evidence, AG the Coroner, Big TWIN, etc.

There's some fire on this No Idols though. There's 8 very, very good songs on here.

People sleeping on domo heavy, him and Hodgy are easily the standouts of OF.

This was my first exposure to them besides Tyler. I like Earl's verses on this album a lot. I also like Vince Staples, is he a part of OF?

I was hoping for back and forth verses from Bronson and Earl, but oh well. Just a hook.

Vince is an affiliate of OF but not an official member, he's been on a bunch of OF releases, I fukk with his style heavy. It comes off as simple when you first listen to it but he's says alot of shyt in his verses.

Yeah he had my favorite verse on Elimination Chamber. I like how he kind of rapped behind the beat. He had some clever shyt on there too.

"I rap better than most. These rap veterans hard headed and hopeless, hope that God let us in"

"They told me that I wasn't shyt but left me in the litter box, give it up, and get a job"
