I'm from NY, I still have high expectations for MC's here. Every other year, we get someone that starts making noise, but they always sound like every other dude we know that raps on the block. They pop for a few months, and vanish. I root for dudes, but I haven't heard anything special in years. And this is NY, that's sad.
