He was on a Shonda Rhimes medical drama for 111 episodes and he did a The Best Man sequel.

I'm not saying they approved of it I'm saying they would still hate watch him, same as Donald.

Both of these are examples of ensemble casts or brands that would succeed and force black women to hate watch him.

Private Practice wasn't going to fail because black women refuse to watch it Taye Diggs was on it. The Best Man Sequel wasn't going to see a flop because Taye Diggs outweighs Morris Chestnut, Terrence Howard, Sanaa Latham, Regina Hall, Nia Long, etc.

On top, he was divorcing when that movie came out.

Taye was able to pivot and be successful but there's a difference in his cache with the black female audience pre and post-marriage to a white women.
