Sad but true on here...People can't take the historical context from words and works and create resistance strategies on their own; The majority of people cannot produce anything on their own without a blueprint. As for Johnson and Nasheed, I've never referenced them and to be honest I don't know why they are so worshipped here; They drop some decent stuff every now and then but that's it; Its weird that more black intellelctual-activists that work on the grounds and produce great literature are not referenced at all here even though the coli has a ton of so called "intelligent" dudes...Mothafukkas reference Johnson and Nasheed but don't reference the scholar activists that are in the fields everyday like Du Bois was, Ida B. Wells was, or current dudes like Sundiata Cha-Jua, Clarence Lang, Akinyele Umoja, etc. We need to spread more black scholar-activist works and words so as to expand our social capitalism for counterhegemonic strategies
