the problem is he is correlating race and crime and analyzing nothing else, which is white supremacist science. He is collecting a group, arbitrarily, who have nothing to do with one another except skin color, and eliminating the other meaningful variables that can answer the so called question that he is seeking to answer. To that point, he eliminates the structural inequalities that affect that group as a whole, but doesnt individualize their personal situation, when it comes to the statistic that reflects poorly on said group.
