This is designed to agitate his base into putting pressure on Republicans who aren't putting on performances of loyalty as does Marjory Green, Matt Gaetz, Lauren Boebert, etc.. Old McConnell would just as soon forget about the election, and Trump knows it. Gonna be interesting to see how this plays out.
