He let illegal immigrants take city resources that should have went to FBA/ADOS.

He was an idiot for blatantly doing that and losing his Black base.
That's not immigration policy, that's mismanagement of funds and constituent resources. He absolutely fukked the migrant response (They are NOT illegal) up by saddling the south side with them and finding all kinds of creative funding to do so. That put him terribly underwater.

The main reason he is unpopular though is he was a pie-in-the-sky progressive who came in making all kinds of promises when he had no solid political background. He comes in, wants to do a ton of shyt, but faces the reality that a bunch of Chicago's cash was coming from Covid funds. He has basically been in a stand-still not doing anything substantive since he came into office. Most of the migrants are gone and those who are left are either waiting to get booted via court order OR are on the streets. His main issue with black folks is that he hasn't delivered anything in the meantime and it seems like hes gonna run out the clock doing nothing. 2 years after the migrant crisis was at peak he has done nothing else. Thats the major issue with the black population.

Again, the migrants that are/were here in Chicago are/were here LEGALLY, sent by Texas, and its not free to send people back out. It was a rock and a hard place and Johnson chose all the wrong moves.

:what:Mothafukka I AM A PROGRESSIVE! And I am not whining about deportations so where are you getting this shyt from?

I told you why this man is underwater. He sold progressive ideas. Those ideas cost money and require expertise. He is not an experienced politician and Covid funds running out had him doing goofy shyt like chiding the Governor to get Chicago schools funded. When that money ran out, his time in office went from "We are going to do these things" to "shyt, now what do we do?" Hence nothing of note being done. If you are a standard politician doing the same old same old, its harder to nail when you aren't doing anything. If you promise all kinds of justice initiatives, affordable housing (something he does work on), and general budget fixing and 2 years in none of that seems to have been completed to any great degree, of course he's not doing well in the polls.

hopefully he will die much sooner than that.

also JB pritzker ain't goin for none of that troops in the city bullshyt.
I would arm my citizens and go on TV to say that civilians will have the right to shoot at any group of law enforcement sent to my state by Trump.

These mfers ain't playing the fukkin game correctly smh.

Give the fukkin civilians the right to defend themselves. Period. Only reason they ain't getting shot at is because people are worried about the consequences, I would remove all consequences from killing the brown shirts 🤷🏾‍♂️

He literally mentioned like 2 progressive ideas, tax on tips and................ shyt, nikka he didn't speak on policies AT ALL. The mfer never brought up higher minimum wage or any important shyt.

He was talking about Arnold Palmers dikk while campaigning.

I'm definitely not calling you out my breh, but can you name the progressive policies that Trump was talking about?

He isn't there to fight crime Sandeep. He is there to violate people. People have already noted he hasn't targeted any red states with high crime rates.

And though I agree with you, that's not the point. The optics and "data" is all anyone is gonna talk about.

He wasn’t talking about Trump. That post was about our mayor, Brandon Johnson.
