The guy basically just wrote to kanye to defend himself. He said "Don't use me as an album cover. I didn't botch the surgery. The stories at the time were inaccurate in their reporting, which is why nothing happened to me"

And it sounds like it was a simple after surgery fukk up but someone had to take the fall.

Regardless, Kanye trying to forgive is a good thing. Surgeon reaching out to him is good as well (people don’t understand shyt either. Being a doctor/surgeon is HARD. Anything can go wrong and they have to take the responsibility and some of them take it very hard themselves... being the cause of someone’s death is something they don’t take pride in)

So I get what Kanye is trying to do and get what the surgeon is trying not to do. He even gave case files and dropped facts.

It's not even the Doctor saying it wasn't his fault. That actual coroner says so in his report that Kanye's cousin didn't follow proper post-op care procedures, wasn't there to take care of her, and she died as a result of something that would have been easily avoided had she been under the care of a professional.

And it's true, it explains why no litigation took place against the surgeon.
