Last great R&B album in my opinion. Nothing.....I mean nothing, is wrong with this album. So many moods, emotions, and vibes yet they all blend perfectly.....let the liquor tell it. My boys and I get into debates all the time over which CD was better between this and Confessions. In my mind, Confessions never grabbed me like this CD did.
+1 for the Outcast reference

I'm low key obsessed with the Where I Wanna Be song. :francis: Never really been a fan of r+b but there is something about that joint even after all these years.

'U Know Whats Up' was always my favorite since it played constantly on the local rap/r&b station in 99....classic 90's r&b, classic middle school music.

and lol @ dude saying he wrote a verse of this to a girl....I see you same age as me, r&b was that powerful in that era, almost everyone was listening to R&B heavy, little 7th and 8th graders, my ass hadn't even kissed a girl yet, listening to highly sexual shyt like Ginuwine, R Kelly, Joe, Next....some kids were having sex already, some girls even had kids lol.....

and I never wrote a girl an r&b verse, but i def. though about it, and stayed up late with 112 and Jagged Edge, Donell Jones playing, thinking about whatever girl I had on my mind.

This is just hit home. Everything you described is what happened in my JHS. I was like 9 when this dropped , everyone had their walk-man on with those big doofy headhphones listenin to joe , Ginuwine , usher .

+ Rep for the memories
