This is something @Gil Scott-Heroin and I talk about often.

He gets away with it for a while, but once things start to tighten up deeper into the playoffs those are not called in his favor often. Then people say he gets "exposed"

Not exposing anything, his entire game is structured to take outside shots or go to the foul line and it's ugly as fukk to watch. D'Antoni is the perfect coach for his style.
