Harden and CP3 have no excuses. They have enough talent on the team. They need to go outplay KD and Steph.
The better team will win. No excuses. CP3 and Harden gave the Warriors trouble in the regular season because

1) They couldn't hide Curry. Take Curry of CP3 and he's on Harden. Take Curry off Harden and he's on CP3. Eric Gordon doesn't make it easier. With a CP3/Gordon backcourt, Curry still has to defend one of those guys. Curry is going to have to work now on defense and that may affect his offense. Curry usually gets to hide due to Klay but that won't be the case next round

2) The Rockets can throw a multitude of defenders at Durant w/ Tucker, Ariza, and Luc off the bench. Plus they have Capela camping the paint. Durant can't be stopped but you have to at least wear him down.

3) I think the Rockets have more 3 point shooters than the Warriors in terms of starting lineup and the bench combined. If the Rockets can make more 3s than the Warriors, and contain the Warriors offense somewhat, they should win

4) Harden is going to have to be the best scorer in the series. Durant is a monster in these later rounds and he is going to be focused as hell. Harden is going to have to go off on the Warriors and CP3 is going to need to go off too.

Your forgetting about Jon B. He’s going to be the x-factor especially since he’s guarding/being guarded by Harden.
