Hard to be much worse than 1 for 15 with 8 strikeouts and several at bats where he popped out on the first pitch with multiple runners on. Even if he’s bad, he’s better just by default. Encarnacion hasn’t looked like a major league quality batter this series. Every pitch he swings for the fences no matter where it is.
