Shooting.Well what was the problem then?
That wasn’t no unintentional discharge p*ssy took a no look shot like he Steph CurryLooked like an unintentional discharge, but the cop should still be charged criminally.
That was the effect of the problem. The Cause of the problem is all the other things i mentioned.Shooting.
Point a gun at someone and don't fire it and see if you don't get charged with assualt with a deadly weapon at least. This isn't true. Pointing a gun doesn't prove intent to kill.
This is the wreckless part, imo.

Otherwise what would be the solution? Issue guns that don't shoot? No, following all the safety rules i mentioned.
What is the solution you are suggesting if pointing and discharging their weapons negligently is not an issue unless a bullet hits and kills someone? Those safety regulations, albeit good practice, are not the law.
If every cop who pointed their gun at that suspect intended to kill him, what stopped the other cop from shooting? Did the cop who shot just beat him to the punch?
Well he wouldn't have shot him if he wouldn't have pointed the gun with his finger on the triggerShooting.
I didn't get your answer re: the cops pointing and intent. What is the solution you are suggesting if pointing and discharging their weapons negligently is not an issue unless a bullet hits and kills someone?
Time stones, smart bullets? How else can this be prevented outside of not pointing when you don't plan on shooting?
wiat why were the cops there in the first place.
Well yeah, that what i've been saying. It was negligence.I didn't get your answer re: the cops pointing and intent.
To answer you, again, I think everyone should follow safety procedures discussed in this thread. However failure to do so does not mean intentionally killing. Its wreckless...
@Starman is very wrong. Pointing it at someone always implies intent to kill
Oochie wally or one mic?Well yeah, that what i've been saying. It was negligence.
Thats giving the benefit of the doubt though, cause it would be difficult to prove he did it intentionally.
This isn't true. Pointing a gun doesn't prove intent to kill.

Both are true. It's gross negligence if we are to believe it was truly an accidental discharge. and yes pointing a gun at someone implies intent to shoot and kill themOochie wally or one mic?
Preparedness to shoot is also taught in gun safety classes. you are supposed to keep the gun held at a low ready position.

Cop displayed gross negligence in every aspect of this encounter.
