Mcnabb was a company guy but here is where you are both wrong. Donovan Mcnabb was very adamant about not using his influence to get people new contract (neither does Brady)
Mcnabb was vocal about not pulling rank but secretly, he did go to bat for Westbrook to get him locked up with a new deal in Philly ( i believe Mcnabb and Wbrook share the same agent)TO beef with Mncnabb was that he didnt help him get his new deal ( which Andy Reid and Joe Banner promised they would work it out after the season) and TO knew Don helped Westbrook. TO NEVER signed a multi-year deal to be in Philly
