Two other things
- Jalen hinted towards the fact that he actually paid C-Webb's debt to Martin since C-Webb backed out
- Seems like Jalen's main beef is that because C-Webb refuses to apologize for something he was clearly in the wrong for, none of them can go back to Michigan or be recognized at all. Considering that he considers the other guys brothers and besides Jalen Weber and Howard those other guys aren't rich, he feels C-Webb owes it to everyone else to apologize so they can all make it right with their alma mater but he refuses to do so. You'd think just out of respect for everyone else C-Webb would do it.

Jalen brings up in his book the few times they've met since the beef started. Once while working the finals Bill Simmons wanted to go and say hey to the TNT guys who were set up not too far from their postgame set. Jalen initially said no but eventually went. Says he just tried to say what up to Webber and Webber flat out told him loudly "Get the fukk out my face".

Then said later that they both were happened to be in Liv and he approached Webber there to try and clear the air and said Webber went on a rant so Jalen just left the club cuase it was close to getting physical.

I do think if Webber just had one comprehensive interview to state his side of the story that he can point people to for his side he would stop people from asking. Instead he seems ready to flip anytime it's brought up so people will keep doing it just to get that reaction out of him.

at the end of the day, wrong or right (and i do think webber thinks hes wrong in some aspects of the situation) he probably sees jalen as a media hoe and doesn't like the way he keeps running his mouth about him in the media. He ain't apologizing for shyt now just off GP.

The thing I got from the breakfast club interview was that Jalen was adamant about mentioning how Ed Martin was their father figure. My first thought was, C Webb probably didn't see it quite that way, because unlike Jalen his real father was a part of his everyday life.. Jalen is expecting Webb to have the same loyalty and allegiance that he did, when his relationship with Martin could have been completely different.
