Street fighter, fire watch, ratchet were all announced in 2014. At least a 2 year wait for all of those
Uncharted in 2013- 3 year wait.

Phantom Dust got put on pause than unpaused and now it's a remaster
Scalebound-E3 2014 and it's coming out next year going on 3 years now.
Gears of War 4-2015, drops Oct 2016, which is 1 year and 4 months later, so actually more than SFV.
Halo 5 was announced June 2013, released more than 2 years later October 2015.
Crackdown 3 announced in 2014, now we looking at a 2017 release date.
