It is, but our organization has been that way for years & we've still been a factor. We didn't re-sign Plaxico & his best career year, stat wise, was with us. Didn't re-sign Santonio Holmes, didn't re-sign Chad Brown, didn't re-sign Kevin Greene, didn't re-sign Kendrell Bell, etc. And we've still been in the mix. Ben has restructured his contract to allow for more cap space, but we're still hurting for space.
