Orthopedic birth defect. When ankle(s), foot(feet) do not form in proper position, a person cannot distribute weight properly on feet. When you see a person walking on the side of their feet, they most likely have club foot.

this is true, in college one of my boys was ugly as sin, but he was a good dude, really smart, hardworking, loyal, but things always came harder to him because people are quick to judge
