I live in the United States
Long story short, Week before Black Friday Wal-mart has 40in HDTV's for $115
I get there, see they passing out vouchers because they didn't have any TV's
They tell us by monday they should have some in and they'll call us

Monday comes and goes.

I try that weekend.. try back next weekend

next weekend, the person I talked to didn't know shyt, manager wasn't in... try again later

Later (weeks) I try again, and a lady tells me technically they have up to a year to make good on that :wtf:

Now at this point, I'm blown. Its been 2months since black friday. I was hoping to have a nice new TV for Xmas
How they gonna make people wait for deals, then bullshyt on giving them out???

So after forgetting I try again 2 weeks ago. A very helpful manager tries to get to the bottom of this, says it'll be taken care of in no longer than a week. A week later he calls me to tell me it'll take even longer but that he can't say when exactly.

Coli... tell me I can hit up corporate or whatever, tell them how I'm stressed over this, and how this is an outrage, maybe hit up reddit or something so Walmart can be like :whoa: here's a 65in Samsung for your troubles my nikka :handshake:
Like, what would be the best recourse???

but anytime you have an issue....CALL CORPORATE

that solves all issues. Why deal with a small fish with no real power?

I escalate everything. Working in retail as a kid, i understand what retailers will and wont do for customers

1. Call corporate or the call center.

2. Automatically ask to speak with the manager. That will automatically escalate the situation

3. Be respectful and firm with what you want.

4. Tell them you want ya TVs and you want additional compensation for the trouble you have gone through.

5. Dont compromise

Side note: I want you to get on the phone and talk like you Marlo from the wire

Watch this from 2:55....If you be firm you get what you want...Easy

Let me give you the details of how desperate I am. I heard they was giving out TV's for $115 a week before blk friday. I get off usually around 6am so I strolled over to walmart right after work. Got there, they was passing out IOU's as soon as I walked in the piece.

That's it, win :umad:

Now, I guess I need to hit up corporate BUT, Walmart JUST HIT ME and said they got the TV ready for a nikka :win:
BUT BUT.. I told them it was for the 120hz model, not the 60hz. They tried to pull a fast one and give me the 60hz just now :stop:

I then hit her with the correct model number they supposed to give me, I'm on hold right now.
I'm guessing I should still hit up corporate and be like "Whats up nikka :birdman:" right?
